SKYTREK Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that, effective April 1, 2025, it has appointed Mr. Taku Nishimura as an outside director in order to further improve its services and strengthen its management foundation.

With the aim of achieving sustainable growth and providing services with higher added value, the Company has decided to appoint Mr. Taku Nishimura as an outside director.
Mr. Nishimura founded Sou Experience Co., Ltd., a company specializing in the planning and sales of experience gifts, in 2005. Drawing inspiration from overseas gift businesses, he developed an experience gift service that has provided many people with special moments.We are confident that his expertise in creating experiential value and developing services that capture customers’ hearts will be a major asset in driving our company’s continued growth.
To respond flexibly to changes in the market environment and provide more attractive, high-value-added services, a fresh perspective is essential.
Leveraging Mr. Nishimura’s extensive experience and expertise, we will strive to enhance our services and create new value, evolving travel by private (business) jet into an even more special and valuable experience, and delivering greater excitement and memorable experiences to our customers than ever before.

Born in 1981 in Tokyo.
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University.
In 2005, he founded So Experience Co., Ltd., which plans and sells “experience gifts.”
In addition to offering a service that was previously unavailable in Japan, the company has garnered attention for its diverse work arrangements, such as allowing employees to bring their children to work, permitting side jobs, and offering a three-day workweek.As he has had more opportunities to speak about his own parenting experiences in lectures and other settings, he published a parenting book from a father’s perspective titled *That’s Why We Talk and Discuss* (Toyo-kan Publishing) in 2024.He lives with his wife and three sons (a first-year junior high school student, a fourth-grade elementary school student, and a 3-year-old).
